Grand Mutiara Hotel, Berastagi

I was really excited about this hotel because of its great location overlooking Mount Sinabung, but unfortunately, the room was quite disappointing. The bathrooms were dirty and had a mold problem, which took away from the overall experience. On a positive note, the staff was friendly and attentive. However, considering the state of the room, I can’t say it offers good value for money.
